Your tasks at the new employer:

• Together with a collegial finance team, you will take over the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting and ensure reliable and transparent financial data through digital processes
• You will actively contribute your know-how in budgeting, financial planning, annual financial statements, and auditing and work closely with various internal contact persons as well as your team
• From invoicing and fee runs to dunning and collection processes and tasks in payroll accounting, a varied mix awaits you instead of monotonous routine work
• You will contribute your digital affinity in second-level support for applications and notebooks, accompany apprentices, and provide competent support to internal and external stakeholders

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education EFZ or convince through several years of practical experience in finance and accounting and want to actively contribute your knowledge
• Further training as an Accounting Clerk or in finance and accounting is a plus and offers an ideal foundation for professional development
• You work routinely with Microsoft 365 as well as ideally Abacus, Innosolv, or CMI; experience with comparable ERP and financial systems as well as enjoyment of digital processes is also very welcome
• You are a true team player, like to pitch in, work reliably and independently, and maintain an overview even when several topics land on your desk at the same time
