Job description ##

Initial phase - Electrician installer (70% then 50%)

• Carry out and modify multi-technical electrical installations according to plans and diagrams
• Install and connect panels, ducts, wires, cables and various electrical devices
• Participate in commissioning and establish measurements and work orders
• Train and supervise apprentices

Evolving phase - Foreman (30% / 50%, then 100%)

• Manage and coordinate teams dedicated to small tasks (2 installers + 2 apprentices)
• Lead small construction sites and projects for terraced houses and small buildings
• Plan, organize and monitor the progress of work
• Ensure the link between the field, management and clients
• Contribute to the preparation of offers, measurements and financial monitoring
• Guarantee quality, safety and customer satisfaction on each project
• Over time, expand your scope to more complex construction sites (buildings, multi-technical projects)

Profile description ##

• CFC electrician installer
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general electrical installations
• Ideally, an initial experience in personnel management and the preparation of offers and measurements
• Ongoing or planned additional training - Federal Brevet of Project Manager Electrician
• Knowledge of WinProgitel, Office Manager software is an advantage
• Autonomous, proactive and organized, you like to anticipate and find solutions
• Dynamic, human and responsible, you know how to unite a team around a common goal
• You have a business sense and a real desire to evolve in a company where progression is valued
