Multimedia Designer: Digital Marketing (100%)

As a Multimedia Designer: Digital Marketing, you design visual content along the entire customer journey. Your focus is on the conception and implementation of visual content for our websites and landing pages, as well as advertising media for campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. You develop graphics, illustrations, imagery, animations and other visual assets and ensure a consistent and brand-compliant visual appearance across all channels.

Additionally, you design and update selected print media such as brochures, flyers, sales documents and exhibition materials. You also support marketing, sales and management in the design of professional presentations and prepare complex content in a comprehensible and convincing manner. In the area of video and motion design, you conceive and realize short promotional videos, animations and moving image content for digital campaigns and web presences and implement them in a manner appropriate to the target group and channel.
You use modern AI tools for idea generation as well as for image, video and content creation. In doing so, you ensure that the results meet our quality standards, fit the HARTMANN brand world and are checked regarding plausibility and usage rights.

In close cooperation with the digital marketing team and other internal stakeholders, you accompany projects from the first idea to implementation and contribute your creative impulses to the further development of our visual brand presence.

You bring with you:

• Completed training or further education in the field of multimedia design, graphic design, communication design, polygraphy, mediamatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of digital and classic communication and marketing media
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, as well as experience in creating image, graphic and video content, ideally supplemented by knowledge of video and motion design tools and the use of generative AI tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn or Meta is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, knowledge of French or Italian is an additional plus
