Your area of responsibility:

You are responsible for ensuring that work on our construction sites is carried out on schedule, efficiently, and with flawless quality. With your entrepreneurial thinking and planning, you coordinate your work independently and lead your committed team through daily challenges. The latest techniques and a modern fleet of machinery support you in your daily work.

Your competencies:

• Completed basic training in road and civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Ongoing or completed further training as a / to a VorarbeiterIn / PolierIn
• Profound professional experience in road and civil engineering
• Efficient, customer-oriented, and independent way of working with foresight
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in dealing with BIM (an advantage)
