Debt Collection Specialist

What awaits you:

• Telephone and written contact with insured persons or authorities
• Responsible for the entire debt collection process flow of the assigned agencies

Inbound and outbound KVG * processing of address inquiries & rejections

• Deputy in the processing of inheritance cases
• Long-standing, well-coordinated team
• Up to 2 days of home office possible after the probationary period

What you bring with you:

• EFZ training as Kaufmann/Kauffrau, commercial diploma or equivalent training
• Experience in debt collection and / or accounting is an advantage
• Team spirit, confidentiality, ability to set boundaries and empathy are required
• Stylistically confident communication in German, any further foreign language is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of common Office applications
• Technical knowledge of our programs (Syrius, Debit, CRM) is an advantage
