In this context, we are looking for a Documentary Information Agent *An indispensable support to the training and research missions of the Haute Ecole de Santé - Vaud, the HESAV library actively participates in the development of the information skills of students and HESAV collaborators/collaborators.* *It also provides all necessary documentation* *(physical and electronic). At the start of September 2026, HESAV will take on the challenge of integrating the premises of the new Campus Santé. For the library, this is a very beautiful development opportunity.* MAIN MISSIONS You ensure the reception, lending and information of the public in accordance with the established schedule, ensuring a quality service adapted to the needs of users. You also take charge of interlibrary loans (books). You actively participate in the management of collections: documentary processing (equipment, cataloging, indexing, stamping), monitoring and processing of orders. Furthermore, you accompany the HESAV community in the development of its information skills. Finally, you involve yourself in projects, development actions and the promotion of the library, participating in its influence and its evolution. DESIRED PROFILE Holding a CFC as a documentary information agent, or a title deemed equivalent, you justify confirmed experience in the field of cataloging, in particular on the Alma system (Renouvaud). Finally, you master common IT and office tools. Endowed with an excellent sense of service, you demonstrate great interpersonal qualities and a real capacity for listening. You know how to manage your tasks with autonomy and efficiency while showing flexibility. Your team spirit allows you to collaborate harmoniously with your colleagues and to contribute to a positive and constructive work dynamic.
