Your tasks:

• Care and nursing of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
• Support of the registered nursing staff with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Performance of medical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, blood glucose measurement and medication administration
• Promotion of patients' independence through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
• Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary teams and doctors to ensure optimal care
• Documentation of nursing processes and participation in quality assurance

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and enjoyment of working with people
• Structured and independent way of working as well as teamwork skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
