Job Description ##

• Proactively approaching customers with warmth and cordiality, so that customers - including those waiting - feel welcome and perceived in the shop.
• Competent advice on all products/services with the goal of finding efficient and uncomplicated solutions, identifying and exceeding customer needs.
• Presentation of the shop as an experiential world: presenting devices and services according to specifications from marketing and touchpoint design, so that they are attractively staged and experienceable for customers.
• Developing ideas from daily business for the co-design of the shop.
• Checking new deliveries regarding quality, quantity, and time. Correct preparation of goods for return to the distribution center.
• Receiving repaired devices and preparing them for handover to the customer, including information regarding readiness for collection.
• Participating in inventories.

• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
