The Pôle Grand Age of the Fondation Eben-Hézer brings together five medico-social establishments and several medico-social reception structures (SAMS). This Pole offers services related to the elderly, including long-term care, geriatric psychiatry, short-stay, day care (CAT), protected apartments, as well as the Bonnettes production kitchen. Our support aims to be respectful of the choice, desire, and dream of the resident or beneficiary and is strongly influenced by the Montessori method. In order to complete our teams of the Geriatrics pole of the EMS Home Salem in Blonay St Légier, we are looking for committed, warm, and dynamic professionals for the following position: Experienced ICUS 80 to 100% Your tasks are organized around the coordination of the teams of 2 units associated with the support of the residents relevant to this mission, while benefiting from the active support of an ICUS already in place. You will be the guarantor of good support practices in Geriatrics, the joint and partner management of 2 units in their common resources and visions, the quality of care provided to residents, associated administrative activities, and participation in the life of the house. As a specialized nurse, you are expected to support the teams and care, to which you will bring an expert perspective. You also manage relations with families and caregivers as well as the partnership with doctors during medical visits. As a manager, you will be involved in managing administrative and financial aspects as well as human resources - in close collaboration with the Site Manager. Your profile: You hold a HES Diploma in nursing or an equivalent title with solid professional experience in geriatrics. (For foreign titles, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required) You benefit from successful experience in management and hold the related training. You benefit from successful and recognized experience in Geriatrics and/or a clinical specialization in this field. You have a high level of social competence and a clear and convincing communication style. You manage your team with kindness and partnership. You demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, have a sense of teamwork, versatility, and constructive leadership. You are available and flexible, demonstrating exemplary behavior. You are an experienced user of PLEX tools and familiar with the PLAISIR tool. You participate in preventive and therapeutic measures in collaboration with the other support teams of the site and network partnerships. You promote the vision of global and personalized support for the resident, applying the principles of the Montessori method, Humanitude, or similar. Minimum 10 years experience in the field of the elderly and a strong interest in seniors. Mastery of usual IT and planning tools.
