The Municipality of Ecublens is looking for a socio-cultural animator (M/F/D) at 70 % for the Youth Centre.

Your profile:

• Training as a HES socio-cultural animator, a HES/ES social educator, an ES community animator, or a CFC socio-educational assistant.
• Proven experience, aptitude, and ease in working with young people (11-25 years old).
• Good interpersonal skills and interest in working in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Writing and conceptual skills related to socio-cultural animation.
• Autonomy in managing projects and routine tasks, capacity for initiative.
• Ease and practice of networking within a municipality, with various social, municipal, and associative partners.
• Reactivity and adaptability regarding the individual situations of young people.
• Strong interest in artistic, sporting, intergenerational, and cultural activities.
• Ease or interest in multimedia communication and social networks.
• Availability, openness to flexible and irregular hours (evenings and weekends).

Main missions:

• Propose, organize, and participate in the various activities of the Youth Centre (11-18 years old), in close collaboration with the animation team.
• Contribute to the smooth running and development of the Youth Sector.
