WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Together with the deputy store manager, you bear responsibility for your JYSK store.
• You lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the store for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
• You analyze key figures, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, induct new colleagues and further develop the existing team

• You bring experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries

• You have the ability to remain calm and goal-oriented even in stressful situations
