What you bring

• Technical or commercial basic training with corresponding further training
• Several years of experience in technical purchasing of a manufacturing company
• Knowledge in the field of quality management and ideally ISO9001
• Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Proficient use of MS-Office and SAP
• Very good German and English skills, Italian skills and any other language is an advantage

Your tasks

• Independent handling of the entire procurement process from inquiry to goods receipt
• Technical and commercial clarifications with suppliers
• Comprehensive specialist responsibility
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as control of order confirmations
• Support of PPS and sales in terms of schedule and delivery clarifications
• Optimization of inventory levels and procurement processes
• Evaluation of new products and suppliers as well as conducting market and price comparisons
• Maintenance and further development of supplier relationships
• Participation in monthly closings and evaluations
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
