We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented sales assistant to strengthen our team in our branch in Wädenswil in part-time (40–60 %). In this position, you are the flagship of our company and offer our customers exceptional service, while ensuring an inviting and well-organized sales environment. The ideal person combines strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers find exactly what they need.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs - Process transactions precisely via our cash register system and handle cash responsibly - Provide customers with product information and recommendations with professionalism and enthusiasm - Ensure a well-maintained appearance of the branch, including the design of displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness
• Building positive customer relationships as well as empathetic and patient handling of inquiries or concerns - Support with inventory management tasks, including goods receipt and organization - Contribution to achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and sound product knowledge - Cooperation with team members to ensure smooth business operations - Consistent compliance with company guidelines and procedures
• Proven experience in customer service in retail or a similar environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment - Confident handling of cash register systems and cash processing - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Flexibility for part-time work, including possible weekend and evening shifts
