The Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz is a Christian non-profit organization. With Wohnen und Begleiten Zürich, we operate three residential offerings in the heart of Zürich for people in challenging life situations.
We create living spaces that enable stability, security, and personal development. In doing so, we support our clients in strengthening their independence and shaping their lives as self-determinedly as possible and actively within society.

In our night on-call team at Ankerstrasse 33, we are looking for reinforcement.

Your tasks

• Contact person for the residents
• Needs-oriented support and care
• Cooperation with specialist staff and execution of delegated tasks
• Performing supervisory and control tasks
• Ensuring the written and oral flow of information
• Participation in reports and meetings
• Performing cleaning work

Working hours: Mo-So, / Uhr ( Uhr sleeping on site with readiness for emergencies).

What you bring with you

• Experience and enjoyment in working with people in challenging life situations
• Professional experience in care, nursing, or the socio-medical field is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and resilient personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1)
• Identification with the values and the mission statement of the Heilsarmee
