Job Description

For one of our clients active in the field of building technology, we are looking for an HVAC Planner to strengthen their team.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating interventions and works related to heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations. You will ensure the follow-up of teams, construction sites, and the different stages of implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the proper organization of works.

Profile sought

• Technical training in the field of heating, ventilation, or sanitary
• Proven experience in the planning or coordination of HVAC works
• Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations
• Ability to organize and plan team interventions
• Experience in the follow-up and coordination of construction sites
• Ability to read and understand technical plans
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
• Sense of organization and excellent time management
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Autonomy, rigor, and spirit of initiative
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Driver's license, an asset
• Motivation, seriousness, and reliability
