Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients in accordance with the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.
YOUR TASKS
Professional care and support of patients
Implementation of medical orders and participation in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
High degree of independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
Accompanying trainees and students of nursing training
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Training as a certified nursing professional HF/ FH or
Nurse with diploma level II (DN II) or
Dipl. Krankenschwester in allg. Krankenpflege (AKP)
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable
OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent
Good German language skills in speaking and writing (Certificate B2)
Good IT user knowledge
High social competence as well as strong empathy
Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
