Job description
For our St.Gallen Rotmonten location, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist with heart and experience (80%-100%) by arrangement. In our daycare centers and day structures, we offer children from three months to school age an environment in which they spend the day under competent care and can develop with plenty of movement, healthy food and on discovery trips in the forest and nature. In doing so, we orient ourselves towards modern pedagogical concepts: With open daycare work, we support children on their way to independence by letting them actively participate and help shape everyday life. Your future area of work: Together with your team colleagues, you shape a varied daycare everyday life. This should invite children to explore, experience and develop. Together you cook at the campfire, have races or build the Leaning Tower of Pisa even more crookedly. In doing so, you adopt a child-centered attitude. Taking over and helping to shape areas of responsibility as well as the further development of pedagogical subject areas are motivating aspects of your professional daily routine. With your leadership qualities, you optimally support trainees in their learning process and are a reliable counterpart to them. What we expect from you:

Completed training as a specialist in childcare
Min. 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Vocational trainer course as well as joy in training & accompanying learners
Appreciative and respectful attitude towards children and caregivers
Supporting our open communication and feedback culture
Cool head and good humor in hectic situations
Flexibility and resilience
Affinity in dealing with digital media
