ICT Systems Engineer (DevSecOps)

Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) Your contribution • Ensure the integration of new systems/applications in PAM • Create and manage "Safe", as well as develop and automate PAM integrations for systems and applications (authorizations, membership in 'Safe' according to "Least Privilege" and separation of duties (SoD) principles, connectors, password rotation) • Manage complex access cases and exceptions in PAM (e.g. <<Breakglass>>, escalation, root cause analysis) and coordinate with operations, security, and application managers • Plan and perform periodic controls and recertifications of SAFe authorizations • Develop and maintain runbooks, standards, and control documentation; provide active support for audits and security controls • Provide coaching and enablement to stakeholders (operations teams, application managers) as well as transfer knowledge within the team <br /> What distinguishes you • SUP engineering diploma / bachelor in computer science or telecommunications or equivalent training • Several years of practical experience in the field of IAM (Identity & Access Management) or PAM (Privileged Access Management) with responsibility for governance and operations in critical contexts • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner, to make decisions, and to manage stakeholders • Good understanding of AD/LDAP and Windows/Linux (Red Hat) as well as understanding of group structures and tiering models in the context of privileged access • Experience in administering CyberArk (operations/error analysis) or willingness to complete the respective training or obtain the respective certification • Maximum integrity and diligence in handling highly sensitive secrets and special administrative rights <br /> In summary With us, you will work on platforms that are not only technically interesting, but also meet the highest security criteria in a military context, the ideal place if you are an engineer who wants to take on responsibility and grow.
