For the period from November 2026 to July 2027, we are looking for an experienced leader as maternity cover for the role of Head of Corporate Communication. A function with high creative freedom and a short, structured induction phase awaits you. In doing so, you will act in a dynamic environment and lead a sympathetic, open-minded team that enjoys developing further and takes pleasure in their work.

Your tasks

• Taking over the functional and personnel management of our five-member communication team (internal and external communication in the integrated approach)
• Leading the weekly newsroom, defining strategic priorities as well as controlling and accompanying effective national communication campaigns
• Overall responsibility for the communication budget and management of operational media work as well as crisis and reputation management
• Close cooperation within the leadership team Head of Corporate Affairs, CSR and Public Affairs including the joint processing of strategically relevant topics

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of communication, PR or an equivalent further education with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in a management function within corporate communications as well as demonstrable personnel leadership competence
• Sound understanding of political contexts, CSR topics and reputation-critical issues
• High decisiveness, conceptual sharpness and a confident appearance in a dynamic environment
• Business fluent German as well as very good English skills, French is an advantage
