Our client, the dynamic Rescue area within the Justice and Security Department (JSD) Canton Basel-Stadt, is looking for a stable, experienced in project management, strong in negotiation and enforcement, responsible personality with commitment, foresight, drive and perseverance as an experienced Project Manager In this responsible task, you will independently lead and manage diverse, varied and cross-departmental projects in the areas of security, emergency planning and organization and support the Protection Buildings / Civil Defense Facilities (ZSA) area as a sub-project manager with the following main tasks: Technical, organizational and financial management of projects of various types in the Military and Civil Defense department Responsible for projects in the areas of emergency organization and planning, security (EKAS), civil protection, civil defense facilities (ZSA) Design, implementation of solution workshops, creation of guidelines Conducting audits, creating evaluations and implementation of operational and organizational improvement measures Management of implementation measures such as procurement, renovation and renewals as a contact person for various interfaces - external, internal, cantons and federal government Ensuring the achievement of project goals, adherence to schedules, quality and costs, leading project and construction meetings, communication to management experienced in project management – affinity for security and construction topics – ambitious, committed, persistent, responsible and convincing!
