Catering employee / operator

The employer is looking for a gestor with AFC as a catering employee (reported profession) for Osteria all'undici - laboratorio protetto Tasks: • management and care of the osteria and its clientele. • management of the procurement of goods. • setting up the dining room and the terrace for catering activities. • collaboration with the Laboratori team aimed at the intake of users assigned to catering and the relaunch of the osteria, ensuring the balance between the entrepreneurial and social components. • availability to work also on ad hoc evenings or holidays during the year. • training of apprentices in the field of catering. Requirements: • cantonal operator diploma. • AFC diploma as a catering employee. • title of apprentice trainer constitutes a preferential qualification. • professional experience in the sector of at least 5 years. Previous experiences in socio-labor and rehabilitative structures constitute preferential qualifications. • aptitude and interest in activities of support, training, work integration, personal and professional development of users and collaborators. • aptitude and interest in working in the social field. • ability to work in a team, critical thinking skills, creativity, proactive attitude, flexibility, empathy and relational skills. • possession of a driving license.
