Julia Khatri, Ward Manager Surgery, offers you an attractive position with a workload of 80-100% as a Vocational Trainer Surgery & Gynecology Ward If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Professional guidance as well as targeted promotion and development of FaGe learners and HF/FH nursing students, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually tailored to the trainees • Actively help shape development within the Surgery ward management team, especially in the areas of training • Together with the vocational training team, further develop training on the ward and support the nursing team in guiding trainees • Create diverse learning opportunities through deployment in direct care and, together with the trainees, ensure competent and holistic patient care, predominantly in the early shift • Utilize diverse development and exchange formats in the training network, network professionally, and continuously develop your own vocational pedagogical competence Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2,500 inpatient patients annually, the Clinic for Surgery cares for over 1,500 inpatient patients.
