We wish to recruit a Radiology Technician – Permanent Position – 100% Your mission: Perform autonomously and with great precision radiological examinations including conventional radiology, MRI, CT scan as well as diagnostic mammographies. Ensure complete, qualitative and secure care of patients throughout the examination process, while ensuring their comfort and safety. Prepare and rigorously control the technical equipment necessary for the examinations, thus guaranteeing optimal and secure functioning of the equipment. Effectively manage patient flows, coordinate appointments and ensure fluid organization of the radiological service. Precisely document each examination in compliance with current standards and ensure traceability according to applicable regulations. Scrupulously respect and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, hygiene and safety procedures in accordance with Swiss standards and FOPH requirements. Actively participate in continuing education according to the FOPH ordinance to maintain and develop professional skills. Now shall we talk about you? Mandatory training and experience: Holder of a Bachelor in Radiology Technology with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland in a recognized hospital or clinical context. Indispensable technical skills: Autonomous mastery of complex radiological examinations including conventional radiology, MRI, CT scan and diagnostic mammography, with great attention to detail and safety. Patient management: Excellent ability to ensure complete and qualitative care of patients, with a keen sense of listening, respect for hygiene and safety standards, and a capacity to effectively manage patient flows. Languages: French as a native language required for optimal communication with patients and the medical team. Mastery of English at level C2 is highly desired for interaction in a multicultural environment and the understanding of international protocols. Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, team spirit and adaptability to demanding and constantly evolving procedures, particularly regarding quality audits and FOPH standards. Bonus: Knowledge of German at level C1 will be an asset for evolving in a bilingual or trilingual context, improving interdisciplinary collaboration within Swiss establishments.
