Due to a restructuring of the Bus Assembly in our Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for three strong-willed and motivated Line Leaders. As Line Leader, you take responsibility for a production line in bus assembly and lead interdisciplinary teams from the shell construction to commissioning. With your organizational talent and leadership strength, you coordinate the processes along the line, ensure compliance with cycle times and keep quality as well as deadlines under control at all times. You ensure that our buses are completed on schedule and in flawless quality. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the production line regarding output, quality and cycle time Monitoring and coordination of the production groups in line production and consistent processing of open points in the production chain Leadership and development of the employees in the line Resource and deployment planning including absence and vacation coordination Ensuring a timely production process by complying with cycle times Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards Monitoring and controlling the line key figures (hours, quality etc.) Coordination with various interfaces (planning, logistics, mechanics, electrics, diagnostics, quality) Responsibility for Lean Management methods at line level including 5S, KVP and process optimizations Execution and participation in quality assessments as well as documentation of quality requirements Initiating and leading improvement projects Escalation management in case of technical or procedural deviations Execution and support during customer acceptances Our requirements Completed basic technical training or equivalent function Professional further training Leadership experience in production Knowledge of Lean methods, process management and quality assurance Assertiveness, communication strength and organizational talent We offer you Interesting and challenging permanent employment in e-mobility Assumption of leadership responsibility Opportunity for further training and development Flexible working hours Performance-related employment conditions If you feel addressed, send us your complete application documents including a cover letter via link (Apply now).
