As a mobile caretaker, you will look after our customers' buildings and their users in various regions as part of a team. You will actively ensure a clean appearance of the properties. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: General caretaker tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs) Technical inspections of the objects Carrying out minor repairs On-call service Various cleaning tasks in different areas (e.g., emptying waste bins, removing spider webs, cleaning public toilets, removing graffiti, etc.) Support with special cleanings and moves Gardening work, surroundings maintenance, disposal, providing containers Contact person for customers Carrying out inspections and keeping protocols Deputizing for team members This is what defines you.
