In the elective study year (2nd year Master Human Medicine), students can gain in-depth insights into the work of a urologist as junior assistants in our Urology Clinic. They actively participate in clinical everyday life. ### What to expect • You care for urological patients in the outpatient department, inpatient area, and operating room together with the medical team • Admission examinations/anamnesis collection for elective patients • If required, you assist with various operations • Participation in departmental work such as rounds, patient care, and KG entries • Various in-department training opportunities • Free accommodation option in the nearby staff house What you bring to us • Commitment and enthusiasm in a clinically interdisciplinary activity • Very good German language skills in speech and writing (minimum requirement level C1) • Social competence in dealing with patients and relatives • Swiss or EU citizen • Student of Human Medicine Family friendliness The Spitäler Schaffhausen as an employer The Spitäler Schaffhausen include the Kantonsspital, the Psychiatrische Dienste, the Praxen Radiologie and Kardiologie Posthof Neuhausen, and the Praxis Neurologie Schaffhausen Zentrum.
