You take responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio and are an important contact person for our customers as well as tenants. What awaits you: Independent accounts receivable and accounts payable management Reminder and collection management Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and support for audits Preparation of heating and service charge statements Payroll accounting including management of social insurances Exchange with customers, tenants, as well as internal departments Active participation in the further development of our digital processes What you bring with you: You do not have to tick every box. It is important to us that you are technically proficient, enjoy taking responsibility, and fit in with us personally.
