Your area of responsibility #### • Carrying out measurement and testing orders according to customer requirements, specifications, and deadline specifications • Planning and preparation of measurements including selection and provision of suitable measuring and testing equipment • Calibration, control, and professional operation of measurement systems • Evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of measurement results as well as creation of test reports • Ensuring correct SAP feedback (booking of production orders) • Analysis of measurement deviations and participation in the processing of error and complaint cases • Collaboration in the connector and cable assembly as well as production-related support • Training of internal and temporary employees • Active participation in continuous improvements (KVP) and implementation of Lean principles (5S, MUDA) Your profile #### • Technical basic training, ideally in the field of electronics, measurement technology, or production • Several years of experience in assembly and/or measurement technology, preferably in a production-related environment • Experience in handling measuring instruments • Good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings • Knowledge of lean management and its practical application is an advantage • High technical understanding and precise working style • Strong quality awareness and economic way of thinking • Team-oriented, communicative, and resilient personality with high social competence • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • Willingness to actively share knowledge and take on responsibility in the team • Good IT skills; SAP skills are an advantage • Very good German language skills in word and writing, English language skills are a plus • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shift work Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • Up to 6 weeks of vacation • Staff restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness and swimming pool subscriptions • Free parking, charging station for electric vehicles • Generous contribution to the half-fare subscription • Over-obligatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
