Maintenance Technician

for the canton of Valais

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with gaming systems, ticket dispensers, and various equipment in points of sale and in the workshop
• Establish a work report for each intervention using the provided IT systems
• Install, remove, and modify equipment at points of sale
• Establish incident reports
• Prepare equipment for installations at points of sale
• Repair and update equipment in the workshop
• Monitor the inventory of parts to maintain sufficient stock
• Place orders for spare parts and maintenance products
• Ensure on-call services
• Replace team colleagues in case of absence in other geographic sectors of French-speaking Switzerland and at the Lausanne workshop

Profile:

• CFC as a mechanic-electronic technician
• Minimum 2 to 3 of experience in the field
• Driver's license
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and solve technical and electronic problems
• French native language, oral knowledge of English desired
• Very good contact with customers
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Open-mindedness
• Ready to work certain Saturdays according to an established rotation
