School Social Worker (Primary Level 45 %) Ehrendingen, the lively municipality in the greenery, runs the integrative school with 5 kindergarten and 17 primary school departments. Around 60 teachers teach 450 students in four school buildings. The educational and childcare offerings of the municipality of Ehrendingen are central location factors. We are looking for an engaged personality as a School Social Worker (Primary Level 45 %) by arrangement. Become part of our team and support our students in their personal and social development. Your tasks You advise, support and accompany the children, legal guardians and teachers in challenging school and life situations. You support the school in developing and implementing preventive offerings. You moderate conflict situations and crisis intervention in classes. The interdisciplinary cooperation with school leaders and teachers in the sense of a positive school building culture is your responsibility. You coordinate and network with other service and specialist agencies. You are familiar with maintaining case documentation and statistics. Your profile You have a university of applied sciences degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience as a School Social Worker. Further training in systemic work/counseling is an advantage. You bring high methodological competence in the areas of prevention, mediation, conflict management and intervention. Intercultural competencies as well as strong communication and negotiation skills are part of your personality. You are an organizational talent, have good self-management and are resilient.
