Service Technician - Lucerne / Cham Region

Your function
As a service technician, you perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of compressors.

You are responsible for:

• Maintenance and servicing work on industrial compressors and accessories
• Carrying out repairs, revisions, and overhauls
• Commissioning of new machines
• Deployment within the framework of the on-call organization (periodic on-call service)
• Identifying additional customer needs and providing advice on suitable services, consumables, need for new systems, etc.
• Documentation of customer observations as well as passing on relevant information to the responsible departments

To be successful, you need

• a basic technical education (e.g., polymechanic, mechatronics technician, automation technician)
• valid driving license category B for trips with the service vehicle
• confident handling of digital service and reporting tools as well as common Microsoft Office applications
• ideally experience in a repair environment and in customer service
• good electrical knowledge is an advantage
• open, solution-oriented personality with a sense for customer needs
