The following tasks await you: ###

• Ensure high satisfaction of patients, guests and employees
• Direction and development of the hospitality team of 10 people, including personnel development and planning
• Administrative tasks such as orders, control and personnel planning within the budget
• Responsible for the provision of all services in the field of hospitality, including the management and maintenance of premises and furniture, respecting current safety and hygiene standards
• General coordination of the interface with the hospitality of the Zofingen hospital
• Assistance, if necessary, during patient admissions and discharges
• Participation in daily operations of the department (approximately 50%)
• Participation in construction and infrastructure projects as well as other projects and specialized committees

You will convince us with this profile: ###

• Completed training in hospitality EFZ or in household management EFZ
• Continuing education at professional certificate level or higher vocational training and proven management experience in the field
• Fluent command of German (Swiss) orally and in writing
• Very autonomous and reliable way of working with a service-oriented host mentality
• Friendly and competent attitude as well as pleasure in contact with people
• Solid IT knowledge (MS Office, sector-specific applications)
• Availability for irregular working days (Monday to Sunday) and partially shortened shifts (e.g. evening shift) or shifts with bedroom hour
