In the course of further growth, we are looking for two engaged, experienced, and ambitious personalities as

Real Estate Accountant

per immediately or by arrangement.

You will undertake the following area of responsibility:

• Independent management of property accounting for rental properties and condominiums
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements as well as preparation of annual financial statements
• Responsible for the reminder and collection system as well as the associated reminder runs
• Support in the preparation of budgets and financial plans
• Close cooperation with property managers and external partners

You can demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting or equivalent
• At least five years of professional experience in real estate accounting
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with real estate management software
• Precise, structured, and independent way of working
• Very high flair for numbers
• Very good German skills
