Job Description ##

As a team leader, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Management of work teams:

Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on the construction site, guiding and motivating them to achieve set objectives. Ensure good communication within the team and foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

• Coordination of activities:

Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of the work, ensuring their availability and quality. Trace and verify the proper execution of work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.

• Reports and documentation:

Perform site reports accurately and regularly, documenting progress, any incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders, ensuring their compliance and transmission to superiors.

• Previous experience in the construction sector, with a solid understanding of work processes and techniques.
