What you can achieve • In this exciting role, you will lead demanding construction projects - from the preliminary design stage through to handover. • You control and monitor selected new construction or renovation projects as well as demolition and refurbishment projects. • You keep costs within the specified budget framework and ensure reliable adherence to schedules and quality assurance. • With meaningful reporting, you contribute actively to the optimization of processes and focus on sustainable solutions during realization. • You commission, lead, and coordinate external planning teams as well as general and turnkey contractors. • As an interface between internal and external project participants as well as the ownership, you ensure the flow of information. What you bring with you • You can demonstrate experience in overall project management and client representation of complex construction projects and real estate projects. • You have a higher education in the construction industry (architecture, civil engineering) or a comparable background. Further training in project management is an advantage. • You are a highly proactive personality with strong methodological and planning competence and can convince and inspire with your ideas. • In order for you to reach our locations, we require your willingness to travel. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Good French and/or Italian skills will facilitate your exchange with the various contact persons from all over Switzerland.
