Personnel Consultant

Your mission ##

• Welcome and accompany job-seeking candidates, register and update their applications in the database, as well as ensure the management of the agency's telephone calls;
• Identify, recruit, and select profiles adapted to our clients' needs: sourcing, interviews, and skill assessment;
• Advise and accompany candidates in their job search and offer them opportunities in line with their profile;
• Ensure the administrative management of placements and files, as well as the monitoring of missions in compliance with legal requirements;
• Advise our clients, understand their personnel needs, and provide them with reactive and personalized follow-up;
• Retain our clientele and develop new contacts and partnerships with companies in the region;
• Actively contribute to the smooth running of the agency and the team dynamics.

Your profile ##

• You hold a CFC in a technical or commercial field, a higher professional training of tertiary level, or a title deemed equivalent;
• You know La Chaux-de-Fonds, its region, and its economic fabric well;
• You have a sense of contact and enjoy exchanges with various interlocutors;
• Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented, you know how to manage priorities and take initiatives;
• Experience in recruitment, personnel placement, HR, or a commercial function is an asset;
• You are comfortable with digital tools and hold a valid driver's license.
