Field of activity
Responsibility for the entire monthly payroll processing – from preparation to follow-up
Processing of social insurance, withholding tax, as well as year-end declarations
Support of entries and exits as well as maintenance of all mutations
Processing of accident and illness cases in cooperation with insurance companies and authorities
Control and maintenance of time management and absence data
Contact person for employees and managers for questions regarding payroll and social insurance
Participation in the optimization and further development of national and international HR and payroll processes
Creation of statistics, evaluations, and reports
Requirements
Commercial basic training with further training in the HR, payroll, or social insurance area
Experience in payroll processing
Knowledge of social insurance, labor, and payroll law
Confident handling of ERP/payroll systems, ideally Abacus
Interest in international payroll processes as well as cooperation with external fiduciary partners
Proficient German in spoken and written form; good English and French skills
Very good MS Office user knowledge
Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality
