Deputy Team Leader: Goods Receipt

Tasks

• You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of goods after receipt as well as for the control of the goods receipt according to internal specifications and also assist with unloading containers
• You represent the Goods Receipt team leadership during absences and support in daily management
• You plan the daily workflow in the team and coordinate internal departments as well as external service providers
• You control the goods receipt according to specifications, check quantities/quality and document deviations as well as process disruptions
• You take over administrative work (e.g., truck notification, planning of container unloading, email inbox, master data maintenance)

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a Logistiker:in EFZ
• You communicate confidently in German
• You bring experience with SAP and WAMAS and work securely with email and Excel
• You possess a valid SUVA-recognized forklift license and are physically fit
• You think in interconnected ways and are flexible as well as reliable
