For the support and targeted expansion of our customer relationships, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: Key Account Manager (100%) As a Key Account Manager, you will actively shape the cooperation with our banking customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, thereby combining customer needs with our banking services and digital solutions. You: * support a fixed customer base of banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and are their first point of contact. * actively expand existing customer relationships and recognize potentials for cross-selling and upselling of banking services. * coordinate cooperation between the customers, the specialist departments, and IT, acting as a central interface. * prepare offers and contracts and accompany them until successful completion. * ensure correct billing (accounts receivable) and reconcile the corresponding accounts payable. * keep an eye on ongoing projects, pending tasks, and deadlines per customer and proactively request open items.
