In this context, we are currently looking for a: Conventional Micromechanic (M/F/X) Permanent contract | Watchmaking | La Chaux-de-Fonds Do you love precision mechanics, conventional machines and workshop work where every part is unique? Our client, a Swiss watchmaking manufacture recognized for its expertise in the design and manufacture of high-precision components, is looking for a Micromechanic to strengthen its workshop. You will join a passionate team where your expertise will contribute directly to the manufacture of tooling and components indispensable to production. Your mission Within the mechanical workshop, you will produce precision mechanical parts as well as specific tooling intended for the various production departments. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Manufacture mechanical components and tooling on conventional machines. • Machine parts on 102 lathes, milling machines, planers and slotting machines. • Define manufacturing methods and develop operating sequences. • Perform dimensional controls and guarantee the conformity of the manufactured parts. • Ensure routine care and first-level maintenance of production equipment. • Perform self-control using conventional measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, Isoma, Marcel Aubert...). • Collaborate with the different workshops in order to meet the manufacturing and tooling improvement needs. Your profile You are passionate about precision mechanics and appreciate environments where autonomy, quality and expertise are valued. You particularly bring: • A CFC in micromechanics or a training deemed equivalent. • Solid experience on conventional machines. • Excellent mastery of traditional machining techniques. • A good understanding of industrial processes and precision manufacturing. • Knowledge of stamping is an asset. • Autonomy, rigor and an excellent sense of organization. • A true team spirit as well as a strong quality orientation.
