As a member of our team, you contribute to providing women with acute as well as short-term diagnostic-requiring gynecological complaints with rapid, competent and empathetic care. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively help shape the establishment and further development of a new outpatient care offering. Your tasks Care of our patients from reception to the conclusion of the consultation Triage, organization and coordination of appointment scheduling – via telephone as well as via digital appointment booking systems Assistance during gynecological examinations as well as during invasive diagnostic investigations (assistance with the insertion of IUDs, smaller biopsies, punctures of the mamma, wound rinses) Performing blood sampling as well as urine analyses Preparation of instruments and examination rooms Administrative activities as well as electronic documentation What you bring Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Registered Nurse HF/FH Professional experience in a gynecological practice, women's clinic or outpatient emergency care is an advantage Knowledge in SAP, as well as confident handling of common MS-Office applications Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment with varied tasks Independent, structured and responsible way of working High patient orientation as well as team and communication skills Good German skills; further language skills are an advantage We offer The opportunity to actively help shape the expansion and further development of a new outpatient care offering.
