Your tasks

• Collaboration in the realization of structural engineering projects in the new construction and renovation sector
• Support in the tendering and awarding of contractor services
• Assistance with cost planning and control
• Coordination and supervision of work on the construction site in cooperation with the project and construction management
• Support in schedule planning, quality assurance, and documentation
• Participation in acceptances and warranty work

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the construction industry
• Initial professional experience in construction management or construction administration is an advantage
• Interest in tendering procedures and construction processes
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of coordination and organization
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and an open personality
• Motivation to take on responsibility and to develop professionally
