Head of Personnel Administration Team 100% Your tasks Technical and personnel supervision of the HR Administration Romandie team (approx. 5 employees) at the CSC in Berne Guaranteeing and steering occasional and high-quality HR services throughout the Employee Life Cycle (onboarding, mutations, offboarding) Active management of mandate processing, including prioritization, compliance with SLAs and guarantee of critical deadlines (e.g. closing of salary mutations) Regular communication with all internal and external interlocutors as well as ensuring good management of interfaces within HR Services with the Teamlead Payroll Responsibility for the implementation of salary cycles within the concerned scope Active participation in the design and implementation of process and system optimizations as well as in change management support Contact person for the line and employees regarding complex personnel administration questions (including special cases) Occasional participation in daily operational activities to guarantee the continuity of services Your profile You hold a completed basic commercial training (CFC) and have several years of professional experience in a human resources environment. You have also completed specific continuous training in HR, for example as an HR specialist, and have two to three years of management experience. You possess solid experience in managing collective labor agreements (CCT) as well as a strong affinity for labor law issues. Ideally, you master the tools SAP SuccessFactors, Polypoint and UKG, which constitutes an asset.
