We are looking for a Head of Finance and HR 100% (m/f/d) for our HQ in Zürich, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

Finance and Accounting

• Ensuring proper bookkeeping as well as correct and timely monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements (according to IFRS and OR)
• Responsibility for the reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledgers as well as ensuring internal control systems
• Coordination of annual closing work and cooperation with internal and external auditors

Liquidity Management and Payment Transactions

• Responsibility for the monitoring and control of payment transactions and cash management
• Ensuring proper payment releases and risk controls
• Responsibility for liquidity planning and control

Controlling and Reporting

• Ensuring meaningful and timely financial reporting
• Responsibility for the quality of financial analyses and variance analyses
• Coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in cooperation with the CFO and Controlling
• Identification of optimization potential and further development of controlling processes

Leadership and HR

• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of employees in Finance/Controlling and HR
• Ensuring efficient HR processes and proper personnel administration
• Coordination of monthly payroll in cooperation with the responsible employees and the external fiduciary
• Promotion of process optimization and close cooperation with the CFO as well as the other business areas

Your profile

• Sound training in finance and accounting, ideally with a completed degree or a comparable qualification
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in finance as well as proven leadership experience
• Sound IFRS knowledge and experience in responsibility for financial statements and financial reporting
• Knowledge in treasury, liquidity planning, and payment transactions
• Experience in process optimization; HR experience is an advantage
• Very good IT skills, confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP Business ByDesign
• High sense of responsibility, discretion, and strong compliance awareness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, strong hands-on mentality as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Service-oriented personality with very good German and English skills

• Work location: Zürich
• Working hours: 42,5 hours per week
• Travel activity: Low to moderate

Reporting line

You report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Group CFO and the various business areas of the organization.
