Application Manager Requirements Engineer (80-100%)

Reporting directly to the Head of Systems, you are part of a team with an agile mindset that enjoys digital solutions and is tech-savvy. Your tasks • You capture requirements, analyze them, and evaluate them in the team. • You formulate requirements and maintain the backlog. • You work closely with our external partners. • As a project manager, you lead the implementation of new solutions. • You organize the testing of these solutions and are responsible for the acceptance and the introduction. • You ensure continuous operation and take over 2nd-level support. Your qualification • You have a degree with an IT background. • You have experience as an Application Manager and in Requirements Engineering. • Your problem-solving skills are pronounced. • You think ahead, get involved, and enjoy working in a team. • With your high communication skills, you optimally support change management. • You work in a structured manner and your analytical skills distinguish you.
