Responsibility for a smooth and customer-oriented process in daily operational business. Support of our Account and Key Account Managers with administrative sales processes and demanding customer projects. Obtaining, negotiating, and registering project conditions with manufacturers and distributors. Active participation in daily business as well as support for the team with complex issues. Further development of existing processes and co-shaping efficient workflows in Sales Support. Close cooperation with manufacturers, distributors, as well as internal specialist departments. Ensuring high service and process quality - especially with special processes for large customers. Promotion of knowledge exchange within the team as well as support and training of our apprentices. Active co-shaping of the further development of our Sales Support together with the sales management as part of our ongoing transformation. Your profile Completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in Sales Support, internal sales, or back office - ideally in an IT environment. Experience in the personnel or functional leadership of a team and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees. High customer and service orientation as well as a strong sense of quality. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality. Organizational skills as well as the ability to set priorities reliably even in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a winning personality. Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
