We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement a/an Quality Assurance Employee Your tasks: Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness throughout the entire plant Ensuring food safety and traceability Maintaining standards according to IFS guidelines Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits Taking samples and evaluating analyses Creation of new labels Creation and administration of QS documents and data Carrying out projects for operational optimization Your profile: Completed training or studies in the field of food sciences, food chemistry, food microbiology, ecotrophology or comparable training Understanding and knowledge of quality management standards Knowledge in the areas of HACCP and GHP as well as in the evaluation of microbiological and chemical test results Professional experience in the meat industry is an advantage Organizational and innovation talent Good MS Office skills Very good oral and written German skills, as well as good English skills, further language skills are an advantage Furthermore, you are reliable, resilient, capable of cooperation and have an independent and flexible way of working.
