HR Assistant 60 - 80 %

Your tasks

• Administrative support for the HR team
• Processing the application mailbox, posting job advertisements
• Co-responsibility for efficient personnel administration
• Management of the time tracking system PEP
• Situational substitution of colleagues

Your profile

• You have further training as an HR Assistant or Personnel Clerk
• Professional experience in the HR field
• You are absolutely reliable, resilient, and affinity for numbers
• Independent and exact working is a matter of course for you
• You have good MS Office skills, ideally you have already worked with Abacus and/or Polypoint
• You are discreet and trustworthy in handling sensitive data
