For our client in Hägendorf, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Transport Disponent (m/f/d). If you enjoy organizing, keeping an overview, and already bring experience in dispatching, we look forward to your application.

Tasks

You are responsible for the Switzerland-wide transport planning and dispatching of the vehicle fleet. In doing so, you monitor and track ongoing transport processes and ensure efficient and timely processing. Your area of responsibility also includes the rental cost management of the deployed vehicles and resources. In cooperation with various internal and external contact persons, you coordinate transport processes, optimize processes, and ensure a high service and quality orientation.

Requirements

You have completed vocational training as a Logistiker/in as well as further training in the field of dispatching or as a Fachmann/Fachfrau Bahnverkehr. It is mandatory that you already bring professional experience in dispatching. Handling Microsoft Office 365 is easy for you and you work in a structured, efficient, and organized manner. You are characterized by a communicative personality, act with quality awareness, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. In addition, you have very good German and French language skills.
