Specialist in Childcare (Group Leader)

At Explorers Education AG, working in the Kita is more than a job, it is the daily accompaniment of little wonders.

We are looking for an empathetic leader who, starting from spring 2027, will create the space for the development of our youngest with heart and expertise.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Pedagogical Leadership:

You will take over the loving and professionally sound leadership of our Pre-Kindergarten group (from 24 months) and create a protected, structured framework.

• Relationship-Oriented Accompaniment:

You will orient yourself according to the principles of the pedagogy of the orientation framework as well as the concept of Lapurla and enable the children to have individual development at their own pace.

• Bilingual Immersion:

You will actively model the immersion principle (German/English) and create a natural, multilingual learning and nutrition environment.

• Learner Accompaniment & Team Leadership:

You will accompany and promote learners as well as interns with joy and a role model function.

• Partnership with Parents:

You will maintain a trusting, transparent educational partnership at eye level with the parents.

WHAT YOU BRING
Qualification:
Completed training as FaBe Kind, Dipl. Kleinkinderzieher/in or an equivalent, recognized pedagogical qualification.
Experience:
Sound experience in group leadership as well as enthusiasm for toddler and pre-kindergarten pedagogy
Attitude:
Familiarity with modern early childhood pedagogy (e.g., Lapurla) as well as a mindful, appreciative way of dealing with young children
Languages:
Very good German skills (native level or C1/C2); good English skills are a strong plus.
Personality:
Warmth, reliability, joy of creation and team spirit.
